PROCEDURE  TTT

9.1       Buyer and seller sign SPA and buyer and deposited with their various banks.  Buyer returns SPA with CPA, MATB format and super cargo and inspector details.

9.2    Seller’s Captain calls up Buyers vessel captain.

9.3      Buyers vessel long side with the seller’s vessel, the Buyers super cargo and inspector are boarded into Seller’s vessel to confirm product. The super cargo remains on board, while the inspector takes sample for calibration.

9.4    After the Q& Q, the Tanker to Tanker transshipment commences.

9.5    Then the buyer gives MT103, and after payment seller releases all documents to the buyer.

9.6    The contract ends, then Buyers vessel steam to port of discharge.

9.7      The Seller and the Buyer shall each be responsible individually for their banking charges relating to this Contract Agreement
