We have available for immediate contract from a Macau-based company, MACAU KING, a senior, unsubordinated Standby Letter of Credit.

Price: 75% + 2% commission
Commission:  1% seller side (closed), 1% buyer side (open)

This is a first come-first serve basis.  No upfront required. Only bank officer to bank officer call will trigger the pre-advise SWIFT MT799.

Buyer has to send an LOI with full banking to get the Sales and Purchase contract.

A chain of brokers is not advisable to maintain professionalism in this industry.

Below is the procedure:

PROCEDURES:
 
1. Provider and Receiver sign the Deed of Agreement, which thereby automatically becomes a full recourse commercial contract after the Provider has accepted Receiver’s application.
 
2. After signing the ‘DOA’, Provider Bank Officer can communicate with Receiver Bank Officer to authenticate about to receive SBLC and payment upon delivery of MT 760 and can talk on a fixed window time.
 
2. Provider Bank issues Pre-Advice MT 799 upon signing this Agreement to Receiver Bank after communication between two Bank Officers.
 
2. Receiver issues conditional MT799 PAYMENT UNDERTAKING (CONDITIONAL).
 
3. Within Five banking days after MT799 PAYMENT UNDERTAKING (CONDITIONAL) is confirmed by Providers Bank; Provider Bank will send MT 760 Operative Instrument (SBLC).
 
 
4. The Receiver’s bank receives, confirms and verifies the MT760 (SBLC)The Receiver's Bank wire transfer via MT103 TO Providers designated account within Five banking days.
 
Provider then also wire transfer via MT103, 1% commission on seller’s side and the 1% commission of Receivers side to the respective brokers/agents.
