TRIAL LIFT: 500,000 BBL – 2,000,000 BBL.

CONTRACT: 3,000,000 BBL – 5,000,000 BBL.

PRICE: GROSS $0.76 USD/GALLON, NET $0.70 USD/GALLON.

FOB DELIVERY: PORT OF ROTTERDAM.

TERMS AND OPERATIONAL PROCEDURE

1. Buyer issues ICPO and CP.

2. Seller issues CI to Buyer; Buyer countersigns the CI and return

back to seller with their signed TSA (Tank Storage Agreement) for

Seller's approval and all parties endorses the NCNDA/IMFPA.

3. Seller issues ATS and DTA to buyer and buyer get the DTA endorse

by their tank farm and return back to seller.

4. Upon the receipt of the endorse DTA, seller issue the SGS copy,

INJECTION REPORT to buyer and buyer provide their TSR and ATI then proceed with the dip test in seller storage tank.

5. Upon successful dip test, Buyer makes payment by MT103 or TT wire Transfer for the total product available and seller transfer title of

ownership to buyer.

6. Buyer Lift the product and Seller Pays all intermediary involved

in the transaction.
