Otherwise known as Bachelor in Computer Application, BCA is a degree course that's best for aspiring computer programmer. It's designed to last for 3 academic years. This is so because a BCA degree program is intended to be competitive and graduate competent computer scientist. BCA degree holders are expected to compete favorably with their counterparts holding similar qualifications  in any part of the world.

Thirdly, you'll possibly have to prepare for some sort of BCA entrance exam in addition to your basic qualification. This exam is to ensure that there's transparency in the admission process. So, you'll need to prepare on subjects like general knowledge. Aspects of general knowledge includes, but not limited to current affairs and economy. In addition, subjects like English comprehension and verbal aptitude are also better to be prepared on.
